One of them was the 10-story Norm Maleng Building, which opened in 2008 and was named after long-time King County prosecutor and Harborview advocate Norm Maleng (1938-2007). WebThe 70-foot long skybridge is the scenic anchor for the hanging expansion building below and is made from monolithic metallic trusses that traverse Ninth Avenue.
