Its not as simple as taking the flywheel nut off, the flywheel is a press fit to the crankshaft. Hence needing a puller to take it off. WebNaturally, it can't be that easy. The flywheel would have to come off of each machine, to swap everything around. It sounds like the flywheels would also have to swap. I too am having problems undoing the clutch end cap and had the same problem noted above with the bolt holding the peg spanner in place. Put a couple of washers under the head and it seems fine. Put a ring spanner on the peg spanner hex head and hit it with no luck - nothing moved.

To remove the flywheel ( Suzuki calls it the rotor) you need a special puller. The puller screws on the large thread just visable behind the large hexagon on the rotor. The rotor has a woodruff-key to fix the position on the crankshaft.
