Many people mistakenly assume that elective (optional) procedures, such as cosmetic surgery, aren't as serious as other types of surgery. WebI think plastic surgery can be very beneficial. I am a breast cancer survivor and had a double mastectomy. I am still considering having reconstructive plastic surgery. It helps a lot of people, not just cancer survivors or traumatic injury survivors. Plus, I am not too concerned about what other people want to do with their own bodies.
